In 1968 launched the Family Poldervaart gastronome restaurant. In 1974, a fire completely destroyed the restaurant. September 1975 was another great new business. In 1996 decision son Marco and his wife Inez Poldervaart the helm to take over. So since 1974, a culinary term for all gourmets (smulpapen). The restaurant, with the modern colors and style with an open kitchen and its own atmosphere, partly due to an ever changing exhibition on the walls and beautiful images and sculptures scattered throughout the restaurant. In combination with culinary enjoyment, it is pleasant stay. There are also opportunities for groups, family or company party, reception / dinner, etc. This is our food locally to seat about 50 people.
