The young European restaurateurs who are JRE members and the most prestigious of metodo classico sparkling wines in Italy, Ferrari, have embarked on a 3-year partnership. An alliance which represents a marriage of excellences: on one side the rising stars of great European, and on the other a winery which has built an exemplary entrepreneurial history on excellence and which is today led by a team of young people.

There are 270 young restaurateurs members of JRE and all of them run well-known restaurants serving gourmet cuisine, and they are concentrated above all in Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Holland and Spain.

The Ferrari winery, founded in 1902 in Trento, is the leading producer in Italy of extremely high quality metodo classico sparkling wines, and abroad Ferrari is considered a symbol of Italian lifestyle.

This collaboration will be expressed by Ferrari's increasing presence both in the wine list of member restaurants and as flute d’entrée. And Ferrari will be the toast in many events the young restaurateurs organise each year, as occurred at the end of May in the congress held in Barcelona.
