Carpe Diem, A partnership that makes sense!

Being between 25 and 37 years old and originate from 12 different countries we have one thing in common: exceptional talent and an unrestrained passion for innovative, creative cuisine. This, of course, goes hand-in-hand with a top-class wine list. However, the global demand for alcohol-free substitutes has been on the increase for a long time. The Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe association – with its 300+ members throughout Europe – and Carpe Diem Kombucha have now joined forces as congenial partners.

The partnership was officially announced to all members at the Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe's annual congress, held in Madrid at the start of April. During the gala dinner, the members were able to experience for themselves just how well Carpe Diem Kombucha goes together with a good meal.
