Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe is a group of young, ambitious chefs, who are at the height of European gastronomy as a result of internal quality selection. Since 2008 some of these young restaurateurs have been organising jam sessions to enhance their talents together. Like musicians, they improvise with products of a mystery basket. This book is a reflection of the talent and passion of the fine fleur of young Belgian top chefs.
