Joeri and Griet Huybs-Broeckx welcome you at their restaurant Vin Perdu. Joeri Huybs and his enthusiastic team present an inventive, market-oriented cuisine making use of the latest cooking techniques in perfect harmony with the classic foundation. The 'product' still takes a central position in all this innovation. This already starts during the purchase at the early market in Brussels and moreover the various suppliers, each with their own speciality, which is translated into fundamental tastes, flavours and colours. Griet and her team carefully monitor the well-being of the guests. Griet will spontaneously inform you of the various menu formulas and soon you will notice that gastronomic dining at Vin Perdu is accessible to everybody. With more than 480 wine titles (of which 100 references under EUR 35.00) the true wine lovers are wonderfully spoiled. Yes, this is an uncomplicated and pleasant place to be during all seasons. The picture is complete when the weather is nice allowing you to dine at the protected garden terrace.
