The name of the restaurant says it all as a wide choice of tastes and flavours welcomes you here. Didier Galet presents fish, meat, shellfish, game, and his pièce de résistance: foie gras. The warm reception of Didier and Christiane Galet is made even more so by the peaceful and intimate interior. Out on the terrace or in the garden, the sounds of the Ourthe and Amblève rivers calmly streaming by emphasise the sanctity of the countryside. This restaurant was completely renovated in April 2002 when two very comfortable rooms were created.
