‘Le Coriandre’ is situated in a rustic house along the Brussels ring-road very close to the ‘Forêt de Soignes’. From the moment you enter this restaurant you experience a particularly pleasant atmosphere thanks to its Havana wood furniture, simple table covers, and elegant wall-lighting. Chef Damien particularly likes inventive and refined cuisine so he uses high-quality produce flavoured with mild herbs (although not spicy).
