Located in a historic building from the late eighteenth century in Pinerolo. In 2006 Christian Milone starts his here his culinary project of excellence and inovation. The restaurant is devided into two dining rooms: one dedicated to the great classics of Piedmontese cuisine, the other to give vent to avant-garde mood of the chef.
