Located at the exit of Jarnac in the direction of Cognac, the restaurant Mainxe Le Verre Y Table is located in the heart of the Charente vineyards.

Agathe and Jean-Charles have updated this establishment to create a warm atmosphere that has been constantly evolving over the past 4 years to meet the expectations of their customers. Jean-Charles exercises his passion for cooking and likes to share it.

In the dining room, you will find Christophe to welcome you and advise you on the choice of wines.

At Le Verre Y Table, we meet for business, with friends, with colleagues, alone, but also with family. It is the restaurant of all generations.

Jean-Charles Boisumault is a true Charentais who loves his terroir. After a solid training and especially at the restaurant La Ruelle in Angoulême, Jean-Charles decided to settle down with his wife Agathe and his brother-in-law to create Le Verre y Table, this brand that has made a name for itself in a short time. Their idea of conviviality and sharing through the kitchen quickly attracted a wide range of customers.

Jean-Charles offers two types of cuisine, bistro lunch on weekdays, with a slate of suggestions and a menu of the day for 18 €.

For evenings and weekends, these are menus at 30 and 40 € and a gourmet menu.

Chef's Specialties:
- Homemade smoked beef fillet with barrel wood, oak smoking range
- The lemon meringue pie revisited lemon and yuzu

He is keen to work with fresh, seasonal produce from a small area: he works with regional producers for meat, trout and sturgeon, vegetables, snails... The menu changes every two months in order to better respect the seasonality of the products. Come and taste it!
