New blend of JRE Chiavalon olive oil


Among 3 samples of blends from the harvest 2018, chefs have selected a blend of Buža (ingdigenous Istrian variety) and Rosignola. In ratio of 60% vs 40% these two will make a new blend of the JRE Chiavalon extra virgin olive oil with is available in JRE restaurants in Croatia and Austria and at the Chiavalon tasting room.
