Jermain learned the profession later in life. When he was 21 he started as host and fell in love with the business. The first serious steps in the kitchen were made when he was 25. From restaurants The Raymaert en 't Parlement he stranded in 2-starred Michelin restaurant The Lindehof in Nuenen. His talent was discovered by chef Soenil Bahadoer and without any certifications he earns the titel chef de partie. In 2014 he becomes the Variation-chef of the Year. Jermain cooks from his feeling.
