The kitchen has always been distinguished for its seasonal produce, always fresh and top quality in both beef, cured pork and game and vegetables, fresh and chosen by the kitchen team. Great emphasis is placed on the olive oil that gives customers a card with different brands of extra virgin olive to choose which they like. At present there is no fixed menu, it changes periodically depending on market products always ensuring that all of them are of the highest quality and freshness.
