Björn Inniger

Chef Björn Inniger took over Alpenblick restaurant from his parents in 2014. He built it upon a solid foundation. By making selective changes that he thought were necessary, chef Björn transformed the restaurant into what it is today. His parents, as well as his wife Marianne, are also helping in the restaurant, creating a family-run business based on core values and traditions. The success of Alpenblick is reflected in the fact that Gault Millau has rated the restaurant with 16 points.
