Björn Swanson

Born and raised in Berlin-Schöneberg, chef Björn began his career in Herbert Beltle's famous restaurant Altes Zollhaus. After several years of working with star chefs such as Michael Kempf, Marco Müller, or Christian Lohse, Björn received his first Michelin star at restaurant Golvet in 2017, as well as 16 points from Gault & Millau. In 2020, Björn decided it was time for his own adventure. "Faelt", the name he gave his first restaurant, was a tribute to his Swedish roots and sustainable ethos. Björn’s culinary endeavors were soon rewarded, as restaurant Faelt received its first Michelin star after just 4 weeks in March 2021.
