And it didn’t take long for him to convince the critics of his skills: in 2015, restaurant guide Gault Millau named Fabrizzio “Young Chef of the Year" for the Walloon Region in Belgium. Today, the skilled chef with Italian roots showcases his creations at restaurant La Table de la Manufacture Urbaine, in the city of Charleroi. This dining spot houses a gourmet restaurant upstairs and a relaxed bistro downstairs. With its great price-pleasure ratio, it has received a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide, as well as 3 hoods and 15.5 points from Gault Millau.
