As a true local, chef Jean-Charles Boisumault surely loves his terroir. He has enjoyed solid training at various high-end restaurants, including La Ruelle in Angoulême. After years of refining his cuisine, chef Jean-Charles decided to settle down in Mainxe. Here, he opened his very own restaurant Le Verre y Table, together with his spouse Agathe and his brother-in-law. Unsurprisingly, it didn’t take long until their restaurant made a name for itself – attracting diners and food connoisseurs from far and wide.
