Liset Bom

Liset was always adamant on not joining the business right away as it just seemed a little too easy for her. Instead, she wanted to go her own way first. "She carried jobs outside the hospitality industry to discover what suited her best, the commercial world or hospitality. Eventually, she discovered that her passion lies with hospitality. In 2017, her father planned major renovations and asked her if she would be interested in helping. At that point, Liset took over the management and never left.

Situated in Otterlo, a beautiful town close to the Hoge Veluwe National Park lies restaurant Cèpes. This fine-dining establishment has a casual, accessible atmosphere. The interior is warm and cozy with natural materials such as wood, steel, concrete and warm colours.  Owned by Liset Bom, Cèpes is the restaurant of Hotel De Sterrenberg. During the recent renovations, the kitchen has been elevated in terms of food, wine, experience, and local aspects. Here, the kitchen team conjures up delicious dishes combining French cuisine with Asian and Mediterranean influences.  From 2018 to 2020, Cèpes received the coveted BIB Gourmand, a recognition from Michelin. Diners can expect to be pampered with delicious dishes and enjoy the wellness area at the hotel and the tranquility of the beautiful nature of the Veluwe.
