Marcello Trentini

Chef Marcello Trentini has developed a reputation as an eclectic, subversive, yet intensely rigorous culinary artist. As a result, his cooking style is a combination of method, discipline, and innovation, with a touch of glamour.  He has always been a lover of Turin, and at the same time traveled the world to gain inspiration from other cuisines. Today, in addition to running the Magorabin restaurant and cocktail lounge, he travels between Italy and the rest of the world for consultancy, training and conferences, where he shares his gastronomic vision to inspire others.
