Chef Marcello Trentini has developed a reputation as an eclectic, subversive, yet intensely rigorous culinary artist. Today, in addition to running the Magorabin restaurant and cocktail lounge, he travels between Italy and the rest of the world for consultancy, training and conferences, where he shares his gastronomic vision to inspire others.
