Chef Mariano uses mainly local ingredients and aims to offer guests a moment of happiness through his exquisite modern Italian dishes. Mariano was born in Cordoba, Argentina and worked in restaurants throughout Spain, France and Italy. After his extensive travels, he decided to stay in Italy and opened restaurant Abocar Due Cucine in 2014.
