Having come across cooking by chance, chef Marie Scarline was immediately enamored by it. After graduating from a business school in Lille, she worked different jobs until she discovered cooking. She was trained by a top chef who passed on his culinary passion to her. Chef Marie had an internship that opened up new perspectives for her and brought lots of inspiration. After this, she started her own restaurant Le Baysca.
Restaurant Le Baysca was initiated by two lovers of gastronomy. Chef Marie Scarline opened the restaurant in 2017. In a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, you can indulge in good conversation and discover new flavours. A cozy gourmet restaurant with creative dishes was part of the couple’s vision. In order to achieve this, they have surrounded themselves with a small, young, and dynamic team that is committed to letting you discover their extraordinary take on gastronomy.
