Mark Gawel

In 2012, Marek Gawel and his wife Judith took over his parents' hotel. With that, they became the 5th generation that has continued the Gawel family’s hospitality and gourmet tradition. Co-owner and general manager Marek Gawel began his career at top establishments like the Grand Hotel Kronenhof, Restaurant Jean-Paul Jeunet, and the Auberge de L'ill. While studying for his bachelor’s degree at the ESB Business School, Marek interned at Lufthansa and TREUGAST Unternehmensberatung. After that, Marek continued his study at Niagara University (New York) and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA)
