It was founded by chef Olivier Bauche and his wife Véronique Bauche-Fauvarque, who is a skilled sommelier. Chef Olivier serves modern French cuisine that’s creative and contemporary. Thanks to its great price-pleasure ratio, the prestigious Michelin Guide honoured the restaurant with a Bib Gourmand. You can enjoy the chef’s culinary delights in the paired-down dining area, furnished with wooden floors, cognac-coloured chairs and fuchsia accents.
