Rafa de Bedoya was born in Jerez in 1991 and had a passion for cooking at a very young age thanks to his parents who ran hotels and taught him their work ethic and passion for hospitality. He specialises in French cuisine which he has used in his various positions before taking up the role of head chef at Aleia.
