Sommelier Robin Groos has a deep passion for wines and is also an aspiring vinologist. During his childhood, he was always fascinated with flavours and wanted to become a chef. Throughout the course of his life his interest changed more into wine. That is why he specialized at the Wine Academy after his culinary education.
