Their state-of-the-art B&B is an excellent example of his never-ending hunger for innovation and re-inventing the existing.
In the Belgian town of Lauwe hides a gastronomic gem: restaurant Culinair. This fine-dining location is run by owner and chef Steven Dehaeze and his spouse, sommelier Lisa Sibilla.
