In our winery we have 150 different wines from Italy, France, Spain and America; At Amelia, 90% of the wines come with the option of purchasing them by the glass, this is to give our guests the possibility of tasting the greatest variety possible.

Chef Airaudo was born in Argentina to a family of Italian immigrants and, since the age of 18, he has worked in many parts of the world; in Mexico, Peru and many European countries. In Europe he was trained in restaurants such as Arzak (3* Michelin) in San Sebastian, The Fat Duck (3* Michelin) near London and Magnolia (1* Michelin) in Italy.
In May of 2015 La Bottega opened, a modern trattoria in the historical part of Geneva. In October of the same year, the restaurant received its first Michelin star. On April 1st 2017 Paulo Airaudo opened his first restaurant, Amelia, in San Sebastián, where he once began his European adventure.

Paulo, together with his team, creates new dishes every day which are internationally inspired but without neglecting his roots, the ones he sowed in the kitchen together with his grandparents. He is always working with the best products that he finds at the San Sebastian market.
