Restaurant At Sea is located on the beautiful island of Bonaire. The building is a fisherman's house from 1912 and is situated on the boulevard of Kralendijk. The cosy terrace overlooks the Caribbean Sea, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset over dinner. The sea and the island offer inspiring ingredients that the kitchen team combines with products from overseas. The kitchen has a classic French base with a modern, international twist. At Sea is an evening out with surprising dishes enriched with matching wines, carefully selected by Tiffany.

Jeroen van der Steen has been interested in cooking ever since he was a little boy. During his high school years, he has a side job as a kitchen help which only raises his interest. As a result, he decides to enrol in culinary school, which he completes in an accelerated process. Gradually, Jeroen develops a preference for fine dining and patisserie. He gains experience in the Netherlands and, to broaden his horizons, he packs his bags and moves to Bonaire. Here, he meets Tiffany Lorist, his current partner. In 2016, Tiffany takes over At Sea, where she starts working as a hostess. In 2018, Tiffany and Jeroen decide to continue At Sea together.
