Trained at the Lycée hotelier de l'Amandier in Charente, Brice has worked with great chefs like Ducasse (Jules Verne at the Eiffel Tower) or Fréchon (at Bristol). He was proud to conquer a star in partnership with Rémi Chambard at the Etangs de Corot, in Ville d'Avray.
