Born in the heart of the Mediterranean, on an island where the wind shapes the faces and the sun warms the hearts of those who live in a seaside town, a crossroads of trade and stories of loves: Cagliari. I grew up between chefs, pots and pans, including intriguing stories with a hint of mystery, a grandfather restaurateur champion of food and good wine. A charming man who knew how to cope with gastronomy after the war, when eating meant survival. From him I inherited the desire to discover, to take risks and never give up. After the graduation, I enrolled in Law, trying to satisfy the advice of my parents who did not want me to follow the the footsteps of my grandfather. After a few years, despite the efforts of studying, I felt that my passion for cooking was stronger than all the sacrifices and risks that this profession entails. For this reason I decided to follow my dream and that of my grandfather: to become one chef!
Our creativity is fed by incessant study, research, attention to detail, and the choice of quality products. Our proposals are innovative, tied to tradition and tailor made for each customer.
