LAB Restaurant was born from the need to create our own gastronomic space where we can transmit and reinterpret the knowledge acquired over the years, where we can express our way of understanding cuisine, but above all, a place where we can offer our clients an original, different experience and surprising. LAB is more than a restaurant, it is our I + D center and laboratory, where we can explore, create and innovate. In short, where we can unleash our imagination without following established rules.

Enter the kitchen from an early age. When he was 18 years old, he began to work as a cook combining the studies of Naval Engineering and later Architecture. In 2014, after having directed several kitchens, he decided to rethink his future and finally left the studies to focus solely on his passion, the kitchen. After working in several renowned restaurants and hotels in Barcelona, he decided to create his own project, LAB Restaurant, where he could express his most creative side.

The philosophy of LAB is based on offering our guests an original and different gastronomic experience through a succession of bites and dishes. We offer a tasting menu made with seasonal products as we believe it is the best way to express our vision of the kitchen. We work with the product of high quality and season using as a guide the search for new textures, elaborations and culinary techniques. The restaurant has 4 tables and one reserved, with a maximum capacity for service of 12-14 guests to offer an exclusive and close service at the same time and thus, feel at home!
