Joppe Sprinkhuizen, professional, perfectionist, non-conformist and father. Started in 1997 as a cook in Nobis Hotel in Asten. Sous chef of the Treeswijkhoeve in Waalre. Guild of Dutch Master Chefs, opening of own restaurant and listing in the Michelin guide in 2017. These are just a few milestones describing Joppe Sprinkhuizen's career.
When Joppe Sprinkhuizen was completely ready and saw the opportunity to open his own restaurant in the former P'rooflokaal, the need to catch the core of his restaurant in word and image immediately arose.
