In selecting his producers, the passionate cook is committed to local businesses – with wild game, veal and beef, for example, sourced 100% from Kleinwalsertal. Aside from excellent fruit juices, the wine selection is definitely worth a closer look. The focus is clearly on Austria, though their collection also includes exclusive vintages from Italy, Switzerland, Spain and France.
Fine house wines of exceptional quality include a Grüner Veltliner from Stift Göttweig in Kremstal along with an outstanding representative of the red family, a Blauer Zweigelt from the Kartäuserhof in Wachau.
This delightful family-run, no-smoking hotel lies just outside the town center of Riezlern and in the heart of Kleinwalsertal.
