SENJKOVIĆ

The vineyards of the Senjković family are located on the island of Brač. Prompted by the desire and need to raise the almost century-old tradition and love for wine production to a higher level, upon entering the cellar of the Senjković family, you will be overwhelmed by the combination of tradition and youth, you will be overwhelmed by the warmth and enthusiasm of a family that has decided to devote its time and love to "The Gate of Paradise" ".

TESTAMENT

Our vineyards are located in the wine-growing region of Northern Dalmatia, in the immediate vicinity of the medieval town of Šibenik. The specific weather conditions and the peculiarity of the soil here demand a constant struggle for survival from the vines, and this age-old ritual can be felt and seen in the more intense, deeper and fuller colors, flavors and aromas of our wines.

SONTACHHI

The wines of the Sontacchi winery are successfully expanding the circle of fans. A small winery with a long history in the Kutjevac region, dating back to the very beginning of the 20th century, when Tomaso Sontacchi worked in Baron Turković's Vinkomir, which he managed between the two world wars. The Sontaki family cultivates 1.5 hectares of their own vineyard and 1 ha of cooperation (Pinot Noir). At the locations of Venje and Kutjevo - Vidim grows Graševina, Portuguese, Rizvanac, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir in the ratio of 70% red to 30% white wine varieties. Interventions are reduced to the necessary minimum, yields are controlled and the most natural way to quality is always considered.

GALIC

Based on the production of grapes on its own land, the Galić company grows vines using the latest knowledge about the rootstocks, the assortment and using the most modern ampelotechnique, not neglecting the ecological aspect of production. "Over the years, we have shown and proven that in Slavonia there was a possibility of producing high-quality wines, internationally recognized, which could show elegance and refinement while retaining the original character. Our archive has many titles, but we are not yet rich enough, we have a mission that has not been fully realized, which leads us to express the enormous potential of our vineyards and reconcile everything new that remains to be discovered with the heritage of Slavonian tastes that includes tradition, culture, agriculture, artistic and literary identity." – Josip Galić

CATTUNAR

The Cattunar family has been rooted for generations in the terroir of western Istria with a tradition of viticulture and winemaking. The Cattunar family's property was constantly expanded to reach the current 56 hectares of vineyards. Most of the vineyard area is planted with autochthonous Istrian grape varieties: malvasia, terana, muscat Momjan and muscat rose, as well as other world varieties: chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, sauvignon blanc.

IPŠA

Ipša wines are natural wines obtained from autochthonous and world-renowned grape varieties - Malvazija Istarska, Sivi Pinot, Refošk and Teran by a process of longer maceration and aging in wooden barrels. We currently produce six types of wine: Malvazija, Santa Elena White, Santa Elena, 1210 and Pjenušac Extra Brut. One of the novelties in our offer is 1210, a dessert wine made from selected dried berries of Malvazija Istarska. The wine is pure, with dominant sweetness and intense aromas of chestnut honey with shades of marzipan and white flowers.

CORONICA

"The conditions of the soil and the climate of the wine-growing area largely determine the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes, and therefore of the wine. Characteristic fruit wines with exceptional structural balance are an expression of this terroir, just like the people who cultivate this land. Humble but determined, people ahead of their time, people who know how to listen to their elders, who understood that ruling nature means being obedient to it..."

KORTA KATARINA

The passion for wines and enthusiasm for Croatia inspired the American couple Anderson to start the winery Korta Katarina. They bought the famous hotel Riviera in the town of Orebić on Pelješac, gradually acquired small plots in the well-known locations of Dingač and Postup, and then released their first bottled wines in 2006. Korta Kataria mainly deals with autochthonous Croatian varieties pošip and plavac mali. During the last 10 years, the construction of a new winery, tasting room and wine bar, as well as the new boutique hotel "VILLA KATARINA" was completed.
