Philipp Helzle is chef at restaurant Jungborn, an award-winning restaurant that is part of wellness hotel BollAnts - Spa im Park. Following his culinary education, Philipp worked in the kitchens of high-end restaurants across Germany, such as Marco Polo in the Columbia Hotel, Bareiss, and Ketschauer Hof. After this, he joined restaurant Jungborn, where he leads the kitchen with his sophisticated cuisine.

The Jungborn’s remarkable architecture surely sets the mood for your dinner. Here, chef Philipp Helzle serves star cuisine in a beautiful, historic courtyard. As a guest, you can choose between two different menus, in 5 or 7 courses. Expect modern and creative dishes such as fillet and sweetbreads from veal with zucchini, sage, and Prosciutto Di Parma. For those with a sweet tooth, the chef prepares delicious options as well. Think of Jivara chocolate fondant with espresso ice cream, plums, and blackthorn. The top chef’s cuisine is complemented by an impressive wine list, holding numerous local wines.

Within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel, you’ll find the well-known Felke-Barfußpfad (barefoot path).
