Located in the center of Eindhoven, restaurant Goyvaerts is run by three brothers. Jip, Yelle and Jesse Goyvaerts are all chefs, as well as owners of this modern dining spot. The three brothers worked in different restaurants before but decided to join forces in October 2019. Now at their very own restaurant, these young talented chefs are standing side by side in their own kitchen at Goyvaerts.
At restaurant Goyvaerts, guests can enjoy internationally oriented dishes in which French influences play an important role. In addition to following modern culinary trends, the ambitious brothers also develop new ones. The chefs work only with high-quality, seasonal products at Goyvaerts, which contributes to the quality of the taste experience. You can choose from 3- to 7-course dinners, or order à la carte. Signature dishes include fried beef with roasted onion cream, potato gratin, and jus de veau, and for those with a sweet tooth: marinated pineapple with coconut, frozen yogurt, and white chocolate mousse.
Goyvaerts restaurant is situated in the buzzing heart of the city of Eindhoven. Within walking distance of the restaurant, many interesting sights are to be found. For example, the DAF car museum, which tells the history of the famous car brand, and the About van Abbemuseum, displaying contemporary and experimental art.
