At restaurant L'Îlot Vert, chef Tony Régnier offers two menus: the Inspiration menu and the Discovery menu. You can opt for a 3- or 4-course menu, depending on your curiosity and appetite. The restaurant’s menus vary daily and are created according to the seasons. Expect exciting dishes that highlight the finest ingredients that French soil and sea have to offer.
