Emmenmatt surroundings

Emmenmatt is a small settlement in Lauperswil, a municipality in the district of the Emmental in the canton of Bern, Switzerland. From here you have beautiful views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau, as well as the Bernese Alps. For those into outdoor activities, the Emenmatt area has various hiking and cycling trails that will take you throughout the gorgeous Swiss landscape. The region offers delicious discoveries, such as the show dairy in Affoltern or the Kambly in Trubschachen. In Langnau you can trace the history of cheese, and in Lützelflüh you can gain an insight into the life of Jeremias Gotthelf, probably the most famous Emmental writer.

Fondue or Brunch in the Bubble Tent

Enjoy a cheese or meat fondue in the bubble tent at noon or in the evening (service times: noon 12.00 / evening 19.00) with a view of Langnau! On Sundays a Brunch is served from 10 o'clock on.
