Growing up with parents who run a restaurant, it was only a matter of time before son and chef Alberto Tonizzo would take over. Today, together with his spouse and hostess Anamaria, Alberto treats diners to an unforgettable culinary experience at restaurant Al Ferarùt. Showcasing great craftsmanship and creativity, the young chef was awarded a Michelin star in 2012. With his classic cuisine, he always strikes the right balance between tradition and innovation. The result: preparations that are full of flavour, colour and aroma. Working with top-quality fish from the region, the chef mainly presents seafood specialties, complemented by several meat-based dishes. You can enjoy his meals in the dining area, which is traditionally furnished and features an open fireplace, a monumental 18th-century table from briar wood, and exposed brick walls. The chef’s menus are beautifully complemented by the restaurant’s wine selection, which offers rare and exquisite wines as well as spirits and liqueurs from all over the world.
