Deep, flavourful broths, jus, and juices are the cornerstone of the cuisine in this restaurant that places punchy, strong flavours above all else. Combine these stand-out flavours with locally sourced ingredients, tender meats and the influence of the local Catalunyan cuisine and you are left with a diverse, interesting and wholly unique menu. Guests are invited to indulge in one of the chef’s personally selected tasting menus or choose from a lighter a la carte menu that features a range of Mediterranean and Spanish dishes with a little something extra.
