Villa Maiella’s cuisine
At restaurant Villa Maiella, chef Arcangelo Tinari prefers working with locally sourced ingredients. The vegetables come from the chef’s own garden and the meat is especially reared for the restaurant. Expect no less than regional Abruzzese cuisine at its best, including specialties such as seasoned black pigs from the restaurant’s farm; and durum wheat pasta with barley, turnips and snails.
