| Company description | Restaurant 't Pakhuus has been a household name on the beautiful Wadden island of Texel for years, among both the locals and tourists. The stately, monumental warehouse has a beautiful and prominent location on the harbor of Oudeschild. Since 2015, Boy Schuiling, his partner Felicia Siebert and their team have been working to make their guests feel comfortable. They often use local products for this, which can be found in abundance on the island. Boy's kitchen is characterized by simplicity: simple yet tasteful, with attention for the product. Our team consists of a close group of people. Together with us, they form the pivot of our company. We like to involve them in our business operations and decisions and we regularly go out together. Trust, respect and commitment are important factors for us, as is a good balance between private and business. We are looking for colleagues who are not afraid of hard work and who can keep their head cool. Who want to achieve the best result with us every day, but also have an eye for the personal level. Of course you must be able to work in a team and be stress-resistant. Creativity is also important to us. From September to June we work with a 4-day working week (exceptions possible) from Thursday to Sunday. In July and August the working week is 5 days, from Tuesday to Saturday.
