In the sensitively renovated Schlossweinstube on the Heidelberg Castle spoiled Martin Scharff - decorated for 20 years continuously with a Michelin star - the gourmets of the region and from around the world, along with Chef Dirk Seiger. Martin Scharff has made in the Wartenberg mill at Kaiserslautern as the "genius herbs from the Palatinate" a name, Dirk Seiger has most recently cooked at Castle Black Stone in the Rheingau. Both delight their guests with fresh spring-like creations.
