Guests of the restaurant in the Levantehaus on the famous Mönckebergstraße in Hamburg have the choice between restaurant, bar and beisl. Beisl? Yes, that's right. Alexander Tschebull is Viennese and offers the Hamburgers the Austrian answer to the French bistro with his Beisl. The fine Alpine cuisine is exquisite in all three locations of the Levantehaus. In a beautiful Kontorhaus in the middle of the old town, Alexander Tschebull cultivates a piece of his Austrian homeland. Classics such as Wiener Schnitzel, Salzburger Nockerl and Kaiserschmarrn are a must. But also sophisticated dessert creations such as elderberry soup with vanilla snow, pears & honey jelly or torrone cream on champagne citrus fruit soup with ricotta crunchy cannelloni & clementine sorbet convince and inspire his guests.
