Our ENTE restaurant has been the local Wiesbaden institution for some 33 years. ENTE is a gourmet restaurant whose popularity has spread further afield than the state capital to the entire Rhine-Main region and beyond. Since 1980 the Michelin restaurant critics have without a break awarded the ENTE a coveted Michelin star. The restaurant's young head chef, Michael Kammermeier, presents his very own interpretation of exquisite, straightforward classic European cuisine with a very personal touch.

Since 2006, Michael Kammermeier has been standing at the traditional stove of the restaurant ENTE in the Hotel Nassauer Hof with great commitment and much success. The restaurant is one of the best-known gourmet addresses in Germany. Over the years, the star chef has gained a lot of experience with renowned international and national top chefs. He has now bundled these into new creations in the restaurant kitchen. His fine, straightforward cuisine is characterised by classic European dishes, which he interprets creatively and individually. And often bring unexpected nuances to light.
Since joining ENTE in 2006 chef de cuisine Michael Kammermeier has been heading up the restaurant with great dedication and remarkable success. With this young chef at the helm the restaurant has continued to earn its Michelin star. Before joining the ENTE in Wiesbaden Michael Kammermeier gained both national and international experience with a number of renowned top chefs.
Whether you choose the table d'hôte menu or your own favourites from the à la carte menu you will find a successful melange of classic European dishes with the chef's very own innovative, creative and sometimes surprising touches such as: "Scottish scallops with a sweetcorn crème brulée, asparagus and a coconut gelée“.
