It is the passion for fresh and local produce that led Julien Gaussares, after a few years of cooking in 3-star restaurants, to open his own restaurant in the heart of the Chablais region. At Héliantis, you will find tasty dishes where the craftsman's know-how and respect for quality products remain the central pillar of a tasty cuisine. Depending on the desires, arrivals and seasons, the menus offered vary and allow you to discover new flavours. At Héliantis, everything is homemade.
