Anona

Restaurant

ANONA offers a gastronomic, responsible and sustainable cuisine.
This commitment is reflected both in the choice of products (short circuits, seasonal and local products) and in the way they are prepared (waste reduction, water consumption limitation, green electricity), as well as in the well-being of the staff.

Thibaut Spiwack

Jeune Restaurateur

Between tradition and innovation, rigour and fantasy, Thibaut Spiwack has perfected his style by working with great chefs and travelling around the world. Four Seasons Georges V, Senderens, the Jules Verne, One-0-One in London, but also in Australia, Norway, Asia and Latin America.

Concerned about environmental issues and ecology, Chef Thibaut Spiwack has chosen to put his energy at the service of a responsible, creative and bold cuisine. In this way, it aims to meet the expectations of customers who want to eat and consume.

Cucina

Anona offers a modern, French cuisine, mixed with international flavours and open to all (meat, fish, vegan...).

The name of the restaurant is inspired by the Annone fruit, of which many species are of gastronomic, medical and pharmaceutical interest. A way to celebrate nature and invite customers to discover unknown products and flavours.

Some of the house's specialities:

Shredded beef and smoked eel, umeshu smoked broth.

Variation of vegetables in its entirety.

Lavender pea purée, emulsion and veil of pods, tito pea sorbet and pea poetry.

Attività speciali

Eat in the restaurant or drink a signature cocktail, on the terrace or in the bar!

Dintorni

Between the historic peaceful conviviality of the Batignolles district and the popular excitement of the Epinettes and Clichy, discover the atmosphere of the most "village" district in the northwest of Paris. As you stroll through the streets haunted by the illustrious names of past centuries (Verlaine, Manet, Degas, Mallarmé, Barbara, Brel...), enter those places that have made this district a must for curious tourists in Paris: Cité des Fleurs, Square des Batignolles, Cinéma des Cinéastes...

Also worth seeing: Parc Monceau (5 minutes away), Place de Clichy, the Montmartre district, Saint-Lazare station, and of course Pigalle and its Moulin Rouge...
