In the former power station, which is under a preservation order, you can eat, meet and celebrate on three floors in an unusual setting. From the restaurant, thanks to a generous window front, you have a view of an adjacent classic car showroom with historic cars, which has been converted into a mobile show kitchen. Chef Bertl Seebacher is responsible for the kitchen, relying on first-class products and offering not only contemporary specialities and an uncomplicated, light business lunch, but also creatively prepared Austrian specialities.
It is not the banking and airport metropolis of Frankfurt that is Hessen's capital, as some might think, but the small propere spa city of Wiesbaden. In this federal state, many beautiful forest areas invite you to hike like the Rhön, the Taunus and the Spessart, the Oden and the Westerwald as well as the Rothaargebirge. Wiesbaden is outstanding with its 65 degrees warm healing thermal springs, whose powers were already used by the Romans 2000 years ago. Last, but not least: Germany's greatest poet and thinker was a Hessian: Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.
