In the listed Dreischeibenhaus, an iconic, slim high-rise building in the heart of the city, he runs the "PHOENIX Restaurant & Bar" together with his wife Tanja. The central bar is the link between the bar and restaurant area. The PHOENIX is on the ground floor and, on the first floor, has a "Bel Étage" for private festivities, set dinners, confidential discussions or business events. It's no exaggeration to say that Philipp Wolter learned from many of the best. After his successful training in the Stuttgart restaurant "Wielandshöhe", he underwent other distinctive positions with Claus-Peter-Lumpp in the "Bareiss", Helmut Thieltges in the "Waldhotel Sonorra" and with Dieter Müller in the "Schlosshotel Lerbach". During his 12 years of self-employment in Bergsichen Land, which was crowned with a Michelin star, among other things, he moved to the city in 2017 and took over the management and kitchen management at PHOENIX - the undoubtedly spectacular location of the Dreischeibenhaus in Düsseldorf.
