Magnolia's cuise is all about produce, technique and dynamics, based on the quality of the ingredients.The flavours and the organoleptic properties of the ingredients are enhanced by the techniques and technologies used, by the skill and the expertise of the Magnolia team.I like to imagine some of my dishes as flower gardens. A tribute to nature and to colour nature, art and the most diverse culinary cultures are the sources of inspiration from which Alberto is moved to interpret his idea of Taste.
The Magnolia Restaurant is also a Cookery School where, together with Alberto, you can discover and refine the techniques of working with food. The Cookery School offers guided thematic courses and special evenings “a quattro mani” (literally “with four hands” that is, with personal tuition) to learn how to create dishes with Alberto and his Michelin-starred guest Chefs.
Cesenatico is a seaside town full of history and charm that, in the summer, becomes one of the hot spots of the Adriatic Riviera. The most interesting area of the old town is built around Piazza delle Conserve, underground structures probably built in the seventeenth century to preserve fish, the main resource of Cesenatico. From the Piazzetta, surrounded by lovely homes, we arrive at the fish market and Porto Canale the construction of which was inspired by a design of Leonardo Da Vinci, who came to Romagna in the service of Cesare Borgia, Il Valentino, in the sixteenth century. The waters of the canal are dominated by the ancient boats and colorful fishing luggers, which can be viewed in the floating marine museum. Continuing towards the sea you will come across another interesting attraction, the museum of the poet Marino Moretti.
