Restaurant

The young austrian chef Klemens Schraml was travelling around to learn and cook at the best restaurants in Europe. In a final step he got a Michelin-Star in Zermatt, Switzerland. At the end of 2018 he came back to his hometown, Großraming in the famous National Park Kalkalpen. There he transfigured the restaurant of his parents and together with Christopher Koller he created a very innovative and creative stage.
